Geek Mythology and other Typos

I'm a geek of the highest order.  That's why I've captured and cataloged my funniest typos over the years.  Some are funnier than others, but every time I rediscover this list, I find a new reason to laugh about them.

Some of these booboos have been caught by my first readers, and they cause me no end of giggles.  The worst ones are those I catch two seconds after I hit the "save" button on a work memo - or worse, immediately after sending a mass email, company-wide.

And now, instead of blushing about my Freudian fingers, I've bundled all my best gaffes together and posted them just for you.  And heck, if you feel so inclined, add a few of your own to the comments section below, so we can all share in the laughs.

About a month ago, I was writing a homemade receipt in a Fa*** I HAVE TO INTERRUPT THIS STORY: because I just typed "receipt" instead of "recipe" and kept going!!
Okay, back to my recipe...it was in a Facebook group, and the main ingredient was crab. In all but one instance, I wrote "crap" instead of "crab" and never noticed when I reread the post before pressing "enter". "Cut up the crap...mix crumbled feta with the crab..." It was disastrous.
